headed to yishun to meet up with the ususal peeps yucui, mfen, nya and syee to celebrate cui's bday! (boy. so many short-formed words ^^;;)

had swedens! lol we all have ______ baked rice. n split cups of water one or twice(not me thou.). haha.. n still had space for a 600g cookies n cream ice cream cakes ^_^ wahhaha.. the cake was cut so messily! but still turned out in a nice semicircle shape in the end for the wait guy to ta-pao for us.

sadly, cui had a go for a piano lesson (wow grade 8 liao!) so we headed to nianya's place first, where we played miniature mahjong! actually, we jus used a miniature mahjong set hahah. it was freaking cute! =D was quite lucky wining 2 rounds!

oh yeah, before tt mahjong session, we had to <-- i forgot what we had to do lol. i'm continuing a draft from 20 feb. it's 1st march today lol.

anyway mahjong was damn fun cos i kept winning! had been wantin to play mahjong since chinese new year cos it seems everybody does that lol. not my family thou. only me n sis knows how to play it (me being better then her of cos :P)

oh! i remember what we had to do before mahjong!! lol. the cake had to be frozen. n nianya's freezer as packed! haha still. we managed to reshuffle everything so there was space. we dump the dry ice into a bowl n it started vibrating like a demon posseessed it! lol startled us. afraid the bowl wld break we transfered it to a metal bowl. lol. it amplified the vibration =S haha. we jus chucked the bowl in the freezer hoping nothing bad wld happen lol

after a few games, we slacked in nianya's room. fav part of the day.. were absolutely silly and laughed lots ^_^ [yet gets a 1-sentence paragraph dedicated to it only lol. sometime u dont need to do much to have fun..]

had to go "jie" cui from the bus stop after her lesson. boy. she got lost! and. her phone wasnt working.. as in. she could hear us talk but we wont be able to hear her talk. so dunno who came out with this ingenious method of communication
"hello. cui arh. i know u can talk but it's ok, u dont say anything, jus listen to us. if you're on the bus please hang up"

"ok. means u're not on the bus. if u're lost hang up"

yup. she was lost. lol! we were all cracked up during that phone call.. managed to find her in the end..

in school now. phew. luckily i did sneak out. jus had a annoucement tt all year ones hv to be at the hall at 11.30. only had CT period today then it was free time. supposed to do the worksheet for the experiencal learning at Escape. they'll be doing thru doing tutorials. i dont really know what to do cos havent been thru it ^^;;. now really really bored n sleepy. had planned to sneak out but i heard there were teachers on guard. still, some did.

went to escape looking very extra cos i was in home clothes.. shinye had my black zion tee mah. it was a very very hot day. went on the flipper, private ship, rainbow, go-kart, panasonic (indoor r. coaster), walls revolution and the superman thingy where u lie down.

flipper was the teacup thingy where u get spun round and round. i usually dont go on tt cos i think it'll make me sick but ^_^ it was ok. but darn! i left my camera pouch there. not so much abt losing the pouch tt i was concerned abt but the 128MB memory card with the korea holiday pics in it. there was oso a 16MB card. bleh. really hope someone found it AND gives it bck to me or something. lol. i took short video clips while on board the rides! =D for flipper, prirate ship and rainbow.

the rides arent really scary to me la. but i remember the first time i went (e6 chalent i think) i did scream for some of the rides but not this time except for panasonic. the rides leave me slightly giddy/headache-ish thou. *_* not a good feeling. all time fave is go-kart (had the freaking longest queue thou!) had the pedal down all the way, nvr stepped on brakes for the 3 rounds =D love the speed n the kinda scary feeling when go down the slope at breakneck speed. love the walls revolution too. cos i took it alone (2seats there) i didnt turn 360 so at time when the ride was at the highest point (literally) i was staring right at the floor. should hv taken a video for tt!!! rainbow didnt look scary at all but it was fun!! was sliding here n there. n i sat with a guy i didnt know ^^;; quite akward but not as if purposely one what anyway. panasonic.. unpredication jerky sharp turns while u're like 4 storeys in the air is thrilling! =D sat alone so didnt get any bruises. i rememmber the last time, vanda kept crashing into me! her bones jabbed me at every turn lol ^^;;

however didnt get to go on the wet n wild =( the last time oso didnt get to go..

i think.. i dont really like themeparks. i love roller coasters thou. but when i close my eyes and think abt the ride, i can feel myself being on the revolution X_X

but. yup. rollor coasters rock. the speed. the drops. and anticipation during the climbs. the being over before u know it (n b4 u got sick). hate queuing thou. that's y need friends lol.. to chit chat with. theme parks in autumn/early winter rocks too.nice weather. in sg, it's damn humid n hot -_-.

btw have honeydew sago boy it's re-fresh-ing! was unbearably hot at escape >_<

so far, i've watched a movie a day since this week started.. lol. watch shall we dance, constantine. both highly recommanded

watched shall we dance again today, accompanyin mom. free movie, i dont mind haha. at 3.05 mom called to say movie starts at 255 jus as the train stopped at sommerset. ran all the freaking way to cathay! lol. everybody must hv thought i was mad.. i missed even more of the start of the movie then monday! lol. after that, had a drink at tcc. wanted soup but they didnt hv the one i wanted -_- in the end settle on a rum and raisin coffee ice blended drink! cos i nvr heard of it. was nice =D. later got the cute robot with movable parts (head n hands n legs la -_-) necklace (or rather jus the pendent thingy) from bits n pieces! and a angel-devil earings too =D too bad dangly cant wear to school..

durin bio prac, we made bottle gardens! had cookie jar from ikea. gotta think alison for getting them for the class. enjoyed myself. however, we were the last class to do so all the nice colorful plants n ferns were snapped up >_<. made do n i like how mine turned out!

crashed aj last monday (it was only last monday?! seems ages ago). ponned sch on tues and friday. meaning a whole week off!!!! boy did it feel like the sch hols. went malaysia.. lots of singing in the car on the way there. renuion dinner was BBQ. how cool was that. i slept away quite a number of afternoons.. played lots of FF2 and FFX.. did no work. i love that week. the only thing that i didnt like was the heat!! it was so hot that i felt as if i cldnt breath. went kl too. stayed in a nice nice hotel(had like 75% discount cos uncle had vouchers). boy did i feel pampered. and there was a bathtub... ^_^ could see the petronas towers.

tomorow i'm going Escape theme park. all of ny jc1 students are going. $3 only whee. "experiencal learning" they call call it. we're measuring heartbeat b4 n after taking rides -_-. still.anything beats having tutorials (esp since i havent done them).. it's gonna be really really hot tmr thou =S.. other than tt, it'll prolly be enjoyable!

going malaysia next week so not gonna have a chance to blog so i thought i had better blog today to make up for it. now that's an illogical logic cos i usually can go thru the week w/o blog entries. perhaps if i go outta the country more often, my dear blog readers wld hv more blog entries to read ^_^

today was a great day. this weekend, i supposed to mug like siao to make up for 2 weeks of not doing any work. i had a premonition i wont lol, how right i was =(. ANYWAY, still a great weekend. woke up to my usual "good morning" sms ^_^. played like 1 or 2 hrs of FFX, had lunch. then helped mom make/bake those yummy oozing chocolate pudding thingys (yucui would be excited lol). half the day gone..

next, we went to chinatown! had desert at the smith street hawker! same as the one i had on friday lol. honeydew sago! it totally rocks! n so freaking cheap - $1. has real honeydew shreds! yeah. we walk chinatown at least once every year. took the same route as me n friends took on friday.. now kinda in CNY mood =D.. soaked in the atmosphere, looking at what new gadgets they've come up with this year. it's really not as crowded as pervious year... i remember we were practically shuffling along, and really had to push our way thru.boy was it chocked full of ppl. but today, surprisingly not. it was crowded, but not till that kinda crowded. there was space to walk. i didnt have to brush by sweaty ppl XP.

new stuff this year: WONDRERFOLD - used to fold ur clothes. every smart thingy. the promoter was very good! we bought one haha. this was this towel thingy specially for drying your hair too. ie some ppl kind twist the towel? nevermind ^^;;. also lots of stalls selling cuttlefish. they flatten(with machines not unlike those used to make sugarcane juice) n bbq it on the spot. metal/wire work comman too. those metal wire book marks. the bicycle was cute, motorbike cool =). oso a stall that makes customised carplates =) cute.

rounded up the day with prata! along upper thomson there (near thomson plaza) we forgoed the one we usually patronised cos they suck now.. went for Prata King ("the first branch of the famously prata shop in jalan kayu!" shouts the banner.. wherever that is ^^; ) yup. it was good =D

it felt so family day-ish! yup. today was great.

friday rocked too =D i ponned maths tutorial =S no particular reason. well, actually it was cos on thursday night, i was determined to finish up the maths tutorial but didnt due to unplanned circumstances. actually dad got a new phone n i was tinkering with it's built-in camera.. so i decided to skip maths cos i didnt do homework. kinda silly looking back.... i sleep in the lib for that hour...... later at around 4 when i was reaching tj, ms teng called. she said she wanted to make sure i was safe.. cos i didnt turn up for lesson she thought something may hv happened to me. so nice of her.. felt really bad then.

because i ponned china studies too (gosh... i sound like such a bad student!)(china studies is not tested. it's the last period and there's an hr's break in between that n the pervious lesson so no way i'll wait for it), i ended early. hung out wif classmates(janet, alison, xi xuan). they wanted to j8.. at first i didnt wan go but one of them turned out to be someone-i-know's ex and she wanted to know more abt what he thought of her so i got kinda dragged along lol..

j8 has changed alot!i was very tired n sleepy n zombified that day..wasnt in a socialising mood, esp with ppl i wasnt totally comfy with yet so kinda wish i wasnt with them. not that they werent good company; they're great ppl, jus i wasnt in the mood..besides i was broke n i had going out broke. i rather not look at stuff totally when i know i wont hv the cash to buy it. but it was ok lah overall =)

was supposed to go TJ for the CNY carnival (went there more to meet up with friends la) with huilin( <--- very imp. huilin knew the way. lol) n cui but i was still in j8 at around the time i supposed they wld set out for TJ so i decided to go from j8 rather den returning to ny (thus making them wait for me) den to tj. quite is quite brave considering i didnt know the way lol ^^;; but it wasnt so bad lah, with the guide i had ^_^ thank you.

from the looks of tj(outside of it), one cldnt tell they've a carnival going on lol. but it was quite rei nao la =) looked quite big too. until i went round all the stall in like 10/15min or less lol...

i was there from around 4 n mfen n cui n gang came only at 5.30 -_- lol i cld hv went back NY but anyway time spent at tj b4 they came was enjoyable =)

i feel kinda bad at my flat downright "no"s to ppl promoting their stalls.. shld hv been more polite =S

anyway, (the concrete giant steps that serve as) seats around the track, it's so nice n breezy there!!!

later, cui, mfen, sinyee, nianya, karen, tina, sharon, huilin, geraldine and me went to chinatown! it wasnt planned (well at least i didnt know abt it lol).. lol i rememeber mfen saying how planning for an outing's so difficult while w/o planning, going on an outing's easier lol.. had dinner at smith street's hawker center.. by the time we were done, it was 9!

lol. ages since i blogged.. largely due to no urge to blog since when i want to remember or whatever significant such tt happened in the day, i already told someone haha

today, i had Rum n Raisin gelatino (aiyah, i forgot la. some italian icecream thingy) n i could very disctinctively taste the alcohol!! yum. haha. n it's not horid like beer =). i think sharon would like it!

while waiting for my bus, i was kinda sitting on the metal rail thingy, with legs outstretch. the lady next to be was like starin at my shoes so i consciencless stoodup straight..
"you're from zhong hua?" she said in a china sounding way
"yes. er wait, no. nanyang erm JC (i dunno how to say jc in chi lol)"
she said jc in chi n kinda said where it was so i think she's kinda "local" too.. a conversation on shoes like mine (jus a normal new balance sneaker) are allowed in jc.. jc tough or not.. secondary vs jc (phua... in chinese leh! felt like oral exam haha) but it was cool, talking to a stranger. if others didnt know better, they'll prolly think we knew each other.

kinda what i admire about foriegner, they can talk to strangers. like

while waiting for my bus, i was kinda sitting on the metal rail thingy, with legs outstretch. the lady next to be was like starin at my shoes so i consciencless stoodup straight..
"you're from zhong hua?" she said in a china sounding way
"yes. er wait, no. nanyang erm JC (i dunno how to say jc in chi lol)"
she said jc in chi n kinda said where it was so i think she's kinda "local" too.. a conversation on shoes like mine (jus a normal new balance sneaker) are allowed in jc.. jc tough or not.. secondary vs jc (phua... in chinese leh! felt like oral exam haha) but it was cool, talking to a stranger. if others didnt know better, they'll prolly think we knew each other.

kinda what i admire about foriegner, they can talk to strangers. like
